Reviewing, finishing preparations for Con Son – Kiep Bac Autumn Festival

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Luong Van Cau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Festival Organizing Board, acknowledged and appreciated relevant authorities, branches, agencies, and units for actively, proactively, and well realizing their assigned tasks.

The official required sub-boards to continue to review and complete concerned work; check and perfect billboards, panels, and banners on both sides of national highway 5 and from the center of Chi Linh provincial town to the two relics.

The provincial press agencies should intensify propaganda and introduction of the festival and the value of Con Son and Kiep Bac relics and raise the awareness of locals and visitors about exercising a cultural lifestyle and preserving security and order during the festive season.

Relevant authorities should pay attention to completing and holding a dress rehearsal of the contents of the 718th death anniversary of National Hero, Hung Dao Great Lord Tran Quoc Tuan which is scheduled for the evening of the 16th day of the 8th lunar month; focus on decoration to brighten the space of Con Son and Kiep Bac relics and leave an impression on delegates and visitors; work out a plan in advance to ensure security and order, regulate traffic, and arrange appropriate parking lots; strengthen inspection and assurance of food hygiene and safety during the festive season; etc.
